- Your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

- After leaving our facility, delivery typically takes between 7-10 business days within the United States.

Shipping Costs:

- Free shipping on orders over $100 USD within the U.S.

- A flat rate of $8 USD for orders under $50 USD.

- A flat rate of $12 USD for orders between $50 - $100 USD.

International Shipping:

Currently, we are unable to ship internationally. However, you can stay updated by subscribing to Dr. Marcia’s Newsletter for future announcements on international shipping availability.

Shipping Provider:

- U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

If you haven’t received your tracking number, please email us at marcia@drmarciabooks.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

At Team Us, we are committed to sustainability and minimizing waste. Therefore, all clothing and book sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

For all other products, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 14 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties, customs, or taxes.

If you wish to cancel an order or change the shipping address, please email us at marcia@drmarciabooks.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

Refunds

No refunds are available for books or used products. See our Terms of Use policy for more specific information. Refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to process after we receive the returned unused product. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days, and the refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). The transaction should appear on your card within 3 business days after the refund is processed.
